Dr. Northrop is exceptional! Her first question every single time is How ARE you? and she genuinely means it. She is kind and extremely knowledgeable. She listens and takes her time to make you feel comfortable and confident that you know what to expect with each visit. I cannot say enough about her. Her staff are also amazing, going above and beyond with excellent communication and short turnaround time for questions or concerns. If you are lucky enough to be a patient, you know what I mean. I would recommend a thousand times over as they are a 10/10 across the board!

Lauren is incredible! She takes pain management very seriously with any in office procedures, and I am extremely thankful for that. I have never felt that my concerns werent listened to. Everyone is so kind to me and I always feel in total control of my appointments and look forward to our open conversation regarding my needs. This place is amazing!

Came in for an appt over a year ago. Was asked,” is this a happy pregnancy.” And if it wasn’t we could travel for an Ab0rtion. We also paid more than $400 upfront then got billed another $400 for reasons I don’t know. I have also reported this person to the hospital because Ab0rtion is illegal in TX.Not to mention the staff was pretty nonchalant

I really wanted to love this practice as my PCP referred me here and gave me high hopes. My first appointment went well, and Lauren was fabulous and so attentive and caring. My recent interaction with the front office has been anything but professional. No voicemails were listened to, questions went unanswered unless I called multiple times, Marla interrupted me mid conversation at my most recent appointment to answer a call from her boyfriend, and there just seems to be zero communication or understanding of professionalism. I did not feel like I was a client that was cared about, and I tried very hard to overlook these things, but coming from a medical background myself working in these same roles I do not believe that this is an appropriate way to treat clients.

I LOVE Dr. Northrop! She delivered my youngest and has HANDS DOWN been the best OB I have ever had! She always makes me feel at ease and addresses any concerns or questions I have. Not to mention she always asks about my kiddos. I will always recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable, caring, smart and compassionate OB!

I recently saw Lauren Clark and I am so happy with my visit! The wait was long but so worth it and she took her time to explain things in detail and answered all my questions. I felt so comfortable and at ease during my appointment. I love this office!

Communication is not the best. Marla is very hateful when questioning why I did not receive virtual appointment. Doctor is awesome but the front office part really needs adjustment.

I am so glad I read the reviews before coming to this location. The office staff is all very friendly, and Lauren was so nice and helpful; I didnt leave with any of my questions or concerns not addressed. I was surprised that they give patients an actual silk robe to wear in the exam room, unlike every other office Ive been to that uses those uncomfortable disposable, paper robes. I highly recommend this place to all women!

I was referred to Bloom by a friend after having a bad experience else where. Lauren Clark the PA was so sweet and helpful! I love that she was so caring and helpful with all of the questions I had. I will be recommending Bloom to my friends & family.

I am done having babies and need someone that will truly listen to me as I venture into this next phase of womanhood. I met with Lauren and she was absolutely AMAZING. I feel like I will have a partner in her and this practice.

I have been going to Dr. Northrop for years. She is very personable and knowledgeable. She is very detailed and have always addressed any questions or concerns I ever had. I also like, how im able to communicate with her directly thru her online portal, if something comes up in between visits. Even though i only see her once a year, i like how she is able to pick back up on where we left off at with our conversations on life updates with my family from the previous year :)

This is the perfect practice for any anxious first-timers like myself. Lauren is so easy-going and warm, made me feel super comfortable, answered all of my questions, and everything was quick and seamless! Couldn’t recommend more. :)

I have been seeing Dr Northrup for 4-5 years now and I love visiting with her. She spends time answering my questions and she listens better than any Dr I have ever had to see. Dr Northrup cares about her patience and I love how she shows she cares!! Best Dr experience ever!

I dont typically write reviews. However, I just wanted to share my experience with being a patient of Dr. Northrop. I have been seeing her for several years. She is such a caring and compassionate doctor. Doesnt make you feel rushed, and she sits listens to you, addressing all of your concerns. She is truly a blessing. Her staff is so easy to work with, and they are very friendly. I would recommend Dr. Northrop and her staff to anyone who is looking a great patient/provider experience.

My time with Dr. Northrop was the most amazing experience I’ve had at a doctors office. I felt very welcomed and heard. She spent the first part of my appointment just getting to know me and my family. I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient in line to be checked off. She was so thorough with her questioning and getting to the bottom of my concerns. I’ve never felt more cared for and HEARD. I cannot recommend Bloom Gynecology enough. I had my annual appointment with Lauren Clark, PA-C and I felt so heard and respected. Lauren took time to hear me, my concerns, and answer all my questions. I have never felt more comfortable and respected!!!!

Dr. Northrop delivered both of my babies (2016 and 2017) in Mansfield, Texas. I am happy to follow her to Waxahachie even though its further out of my way. She genuinely cares about her patients and their families.Happy to say I am still with Dr. Northrop after her move to Midlothian. The new office is small, but still a very calm environment. I recommend Dr. Northrop because she really cares about me and my family.

Dr Northrop is kind, compassionate, and truly puts her patients needs and concerns first. The office staff is welcoming and willing to answer any questions. I drive over 30 minutes to see Dr Northrop because I feel like she genuinely cares about her patients beyond what they are being seen for. She genuinely wants to celebrate your joys with you (and mourn your losses as well). She exemplifies what a doctor should be for their patients.

My visit with Dr. Northrop was completely successful. I needed someone closer to home and wanted a female doctor that comes highly recommended. My first visit -- was impressive in every aspect The receptionist was so kind and helpful, along with the others in the office. Concerning Dr. Northrop ---. (I could copy and paste all of the raving reviews into my feedback since they hit it right on the mark.) I had a list of questions. Dr. Northrop addressed each one - then provided more feedback beyond what I thought to ask or address. What a productive visit. Im so very thankful to have found Dr. Northrop and her staff.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice.First off, the office is nice and clean.Front desk staff are very welcoming and sweet.Dr. Northrop is an absolute DOLL and a true gem.I have all the classic symptoms of PCOS and am having trouble conceiving.The scale makes me SO anxious as I am afraid of being judged on my weight.Dr. Northrop did not make me feel judged or shame me based off the number on the scale.She was extremely personable, and wanted to get to know me before we even talked shop!Her bedside manner is amazing.She truly is patient, kind, and understanding.She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed.She made sure I understood what was going on through each procedure. She’s extremely compassionate and nurturing!I actually felt heard, seen and respected.Dr. Northrop has this calmness about her that makes you feel so comfortable.Highly recommend her!!!!!!Edit:The only downside is shes not doing OB anymore :(I really wish I could have care from start to finish of my pregnancy.

Dr. Northrop is absolutely amazing!! She delivered my son in 2019. I have horrible anxiety and a history of losses. Dr. Northrop was is understanding and kind. She did everything possible to help ease my anxiety and she truly listens to her patients. You will never feel rushed. Your concerns will be met with compassion and validation. They will not be minimized and dismissed. If your are looking for a doctor who cares for her patients like someone she loves, then you will absolutley love her!

This office is nothing short of amazing. Switching from a doctor I had for 10+ years was a difficult decision. After finding Dr Northrop, I wish I found her sooner, so I could love her longer. So attentive, knowledgeable & kind. You can tell her & the entire office staff truly care for their patients. Michelle at the front desk is so kind & helpful.

I had my first appointment on 04/01/21, and I had an amazing experience. She was so kind and sweet. I was super anxious and worried, especially since this was my first ever exam, but she helped talk me through everything and was just wonderful. She made me feel like my issue was important and that I actually ment something to her, even though she has tons of other patients. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know!! I will be going back and seeing her for as long as she continues to practice!Oh, and her staff was just wonderful. They were very nice and patient with me. Had a great attitude the entire time, I always felt welcomed.

I started seeing Dr. Norththrop in 2012 when I moved to the area.Dr. Northrop is super sweet and very caring about me and my family when I visit with her she’s always polite and ask about my family and our well being... I don’t feel rushed when I’m talking to her she’s never in a hurry to get out she takes her time to talk to you and answer any questions you might have.. Her staff is awesome and friendly as well.. I’m super happy she has her own practice now..

Ive been going to her for about 5-6 years.. shes performed a couple of surgeries on me.. shes articulate, listens and communicates quickly... her bedside manners are some of the best Ive seen in the field. Dr. Northrop is the best OBGYN I’ve ever had! (I’ve had 7+!) She is so approachable with even the most embarrassing questions. She has the best bedside manner, instantly calming any nerves. She performs her exams quickly and painless …. I mean it’s truly remarkable how in-out-and done annual exams can be! Her knowledge and experience are second to none. I come from mansfield and it is worth the drive to waxahachie for her!

Was ignored by 2 previous gynos that had caused so much trauma and worsened my health. Dr Northrop is very trauma informed and very understanding and was able to run more tests and determined I had a cyst, PCOS, and needed surgery to fix my uncontrollable bleeding. From my initial evaluation to surgery was only a couple weeks due to my circumstances and I’m forever grateful for her.

I have recently switched to Dr. Northrop, and let me tell you, I couldn’t be more happier with my decision. Her and her staff are very helpful and caring. She went above and beyond researching options for me and I am so grateful. Excellent, affordable, self paying prices for those without insurance and I understand they also accept most insurances. After seeing the same OBGYN for years, I decided to change due to location. Dr. Northrop is the BEST! She made me feel comfortable in all ways and she is very easy to talk to. I also like how convenient it is to schedule an appointment online. I will continue to see her when needed.

Ive been meaning to post a review because Dr. Northrop is by far the BEST doctor I have ever had. She was originally closer to home, but when I found out her office moved to Waxahachie there was no question I would drive that extra 30 min. Her receptionist is so friendly.

If I could give 10 stars I would!Dr. Northrop and her staff were AMAZING! After researching and looking for a gynecologist for months and hesitating to make an appointment. Im so glad I went with Bloom. My first gyno visit couldnt have gone any better! From the moment you walk in you feel the warmth of the environment. Not to mention they had one of my favorite poets hung in the bathroom, just made me soo happy to see. lolHer staff was all so kind. The front office Lady was very informational and answered every question I asked with ease, when she gave me my appointment reminder call. Talking to Dr. Northrop about my irregular cycle felt like a conversation with my mom. She was so sweet, gentle and knowledgeable. I also got bloodwork done and the Nurse got it on the first try. I could hardly feel the blood being drawn. This office truly felt like a safe place and I definitely recommend it.

I don’t even know where to start, that should tell you how much I love doctor Northrop. Doctor North has delivered 4 of my babies. She is one doctor in a million that shows empathy, cares for her patients, listens and takes care of any problems that is presented to her. Dr. Northrop started seeing me during my second pregnancy. Since our first appointment my OBGYN experience dramatically improved! You can see her passion to care for each of her patients expecting or not. She is frank when needed, really listens to you, and takes your opinion when creating a treatment plan. After 7+ years her thoughtfulness, care, treatment, etc (I really could go on) has only added to her existing greatness. She recently moved and started her own practice. Without a hesitating, I moved with her! Although the new office location is about 20 mins from her previous location. I would follow her if she moved an hour away! To close, Dr. Northrops genuine pure heart, positively radiates everyone she is around. I highly recommend her medical practice to everyone seeking a life long OBGYN.

This place is so unprofessional. And here I am thinking that people in the health care industry are kind and helpful not at this place. I was trying to reschedule And the lady was not helpful at all. I was trying to let her know that I could only have appointment on a Monday and she was not helpful at all communicating through this app which is Obviously so impersonal. And the last thing that she text me instead of being helpful she said. No unfortunately instead of being helpful and let me know what the next Monday she has available. I was so confused by the lack of care But I will definitely be looking for another Dr

So let’s be clear, I am not a “go to the doctor when I get sick” type of person. I’m more of a “wait till I feel death” sort of person. Mostly because my experiences have been…just..so awful. I went to Bloom today for some issues, and it was just AMAZING! I would recommend them to anybody! Everyone was so kind, caring, and attentive! It was also very clean. I love that she was very personable, and answered all my questions so patiently.

Dr Sara Northrop is an amazing gynecologist. I have been her patient for many years, and when she moved from Mansfield to Waxahachie, I have no problem making the drive for such an amazing doctor. I don’t know if anyone else who makes me look forward to my yearly exam.

Poor customer service and follow-up. The office looks old and basic could definitely use updating. Was not the cleanest. The first and only time going my pap was done in a room a few feet away from the waiting room area. I could literally hear people’s conversations during my procedure.

So when I was first with her it was great, but now the mailbox is full, she said when I saw her she was going to refill my birth control and hasnt and I need it for medical issues. They are so hard to get in touch with and having to use an app to have to get in touch with them is so impersonal. I am finding a new person.

I love Dr N. I was sad to know that she left the previous practice and I found a way to find where she went to. It didnt bother me to drive all the wY to continue my most vital health care with Dr N. She is always very professional and she takes her time with the patient. I feel very comfortable with her. I will keep her as my womens care expert.Thank you Dr N

I have seen Dr. Northrup for several years, and she is by far my favorite OB-GYN. Her new office is much farther away for me, but I dont mind the drive because I feel so well cared for by her and the staff. She notices me as a person which I really appreciate.

The very first time I had to go see a gyno (not this one) I was completely terrified and had a horrible experience. Well i needed to go again and i was searching for days for someone who could take me within a month or so and happened to stumble upon Bloom Gynecology. Dr. Northrop was so patient, kind, understanding, she answered all my questions and made me feel safe and welcome. Because of her I am able to get the help I need without being afraid of being dissmissed or brushed off again. I honestly dont think ill use anyone else for a long while and i cant thank her and her staff enough.

Absolutely love this office! I followed Dr. Northrop from her previous practice. Her chairside manner is just amazing. It isn’t stiff like most doctors offices are. The receptionist is super friendly as well.

I would give them 0 stars if i could please don’t waste your time here!! They’re the reason why i missed my birth control shot. The pharmacy sent them multiple requests to approve it days ago & they still not have approved it & i even called them myself & still no answer, it’s like nobody even works there. Plus the new receptionist was so rude to me for no reason ?

Great experience, Dr was very friendly. The office and rooms are very small, the wait was fairly short to get in to see the doc. I like the web portal for appt making/test results.

I was a patient of Dr. Northrop at another location in Mansfield. Very attentive. Listens, always heard my concerns and ask my input in decision making.It is 45 minutes to an hour to her new office and I have no hesitation about making the drive for such great care

The staff has been so welcoming and helpful. I can ask them a question through the app and they will respond as quickly as possible! Dr. Sara listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed. She heard what I was saying and made recommendations based upon what I discussed. I felt like I was her only patient based on how she paid attention to me!

This is literally the unicorn of gynecologists. Ive never had an experience at ANY dr. As wonderful as I had today, and I am so very thankful to be so lucky to have found her! Thank you SO much. Im hopeful for the first time in a long time!!!

Honestly, before going to Dr. Northrop my previous dr did not listen to my concerns, and Dr.Northrop has gone above and beyond with helping me manage my care, and I’ve gotten more care through her seeing me on such short notice and she’s always listening, and helping me, couldn’t ask for a better OB. If I could give 10 stars I would 10/10 would recommend!

Today was my first time going here, i heard so many good things about this place, I wanted to give it a shot. I had my appt at 1pm, I arrived there a little bit early. I opened the door and nobody was at the window, so I just took a sit and waited i thought they were in the back and maybe they didnt hear me coming in, so i went and opened the door so they can hear the door sensor, but nobody showed up. So i wait it, it was already 1pm and the receptionist came in, she asked me if I had an appointment, and then she asked for my insurance and ID. I went back and took a seat, and then the nurse came to get me, I went into the room, she asked routine questions, and left .I WAIT IT AND WAIT IT AND NOBODY CAME IN.... at that time I was so frustrated, I opened the door and ask the receptionist how much longer did I had to wait.. I wait it 10 more min. but already was 2:20 I wait it for more that an hour and twenty minutes there.. I NEVER GOT TO SEE THE DOCTOR !!. I got my clothes and left.. I didnt say anything because there was people, and didnt wanted to be rude, I just said I HAVE TO GO .. and left... they said they were going to call me to fix this and they didnt !
